They say you know you live in Colorado when you will call in to work sick because there is one inch of snow on the ground, but you will trek through a three-foot blizzard to go skiing. Well, Coloradoans clearly feel the same way about their music.
Never mind the whiteout conditions along with the stalled and stranded cars littering the roads, forget about it being a Monday night—at the Broomfield Event Center on Dec. 8, thousands trudged through the icy roads and backed up highways to go see Oasis, Ryan Adams & the Cardinals and Matt Costa.
Costa kicked off the night with his upbeat melodies, Ryan Adams & the Cardinals kept the tempo, and Oasis rocked the house like it was 1999.
