The music and spirit of New Orleans came to Denver for the Mountainside Mardi Gras Music Festival at the beautiful Red Rocks Amphitheater. Seven of New Orleans' finest acts came to the Mile High City to show Denver-ites the jazz, funk, and blues that only come from Louisiana. The Festival was complete with bead-throwing and even costumes. To finish off the night, five-time Grammy award winning musician Dr. John played an unforgettable set with his "Lower 9/11."
