6. Lady Gaga feat. Beyonce, 'Telephone'
Even by Gaga's envelope-pushing standards, the video for "Telephone" is pretty scandalous. Featuring semi-nudity, prison fights, a mass murder scene, and a cameo by the "Pussy Wagon" from Quentin Tarantino's "Kill Bill" films, "Telephone" crams more outrageous moments and eye-popping visuals into nine and a half minutes than most feature-length exploitation films. Fans loved it, the usual detractors (including Fox News) declared it "disgusting," and CNN falsely reported that MTV had banned it. In fact, MTV actually broadcast the on-air premier of the clean version of the video, which omits a few F-bombs but otherwise leaves most of the raciest elements intact.
