Stages are being built and crews are prepping for the weekend
Metromix got a look at the Mile High Music Festival venue at Dick’s Sporting Goods Park this week, days before James Maynard Keenan and company are set to skulk into the converted soccer field. Workers were still tightening nuts and tying down covers on the main stage while concert organizers talked about the festival.
“If there’s one thing I’d warn people about, it’s the crazy weather,” event manager Rob Thomas of AEG Live said. “Bring suntan lotion and a hoodie.”
