Sugar and spice, everything nice
She has become one of Colorado’s sweethearts in the music scene—writing songs that seem to melt away the anxiety of the day. Jessica Sonner sang her way into Denver just four years ago, quickly becoming a household name.
Like Nora Jones and Colbie Caillat, Sonner produces the kind of music that makes you want to curl up by the fire with a cup of hot cocoa and a good read.
With songs so refreshing, it seemed only appropriate for us to meet up with her at Sputnick’s in Denver for a little chat over peppermint tea.–Laura Kelley, Special to Metromix
