Celebrating 10 years of Bisco insanity
Now in its 10th year (yes, that "X" is a roman numeral, not a drug reference), Camp Bisco is an annual festival thrown by the Disco Biscuits, the Philadelphia-based, electronic-leaning jam band that has built up a massive, not-so-underground following with a decade and a half of independent releases and relentless touring.
Held July 7-9 at the Indian Lookout Country Club in Mariaville, N.Y., the biggest Camp Bisco to date featured all the Disco Biscuits fans could handle—the band played five sets. Also on the bill: rapper Wiz Khalifa, indie rockers Yeasayer and Neon Indian, DJs Bassnectar and MartyParty, and recently reunited noise-rockers Death From Above 1979.
