Annual spring break dance party hits 1STBANK Center
Triad Dragons' 11th annual Caffeine Festival brought Denver's 1STBANK Center a double shot of dance Saturday night. An embarrassment of DJs, dubsteppers and assorted other party-starters packed the venue with thousands of spring breakers, all of whom were thoroughly ready to boogie. Micro, Showtek and Infected Mushroom were just a few of the big names in the house.
So, we hear some of you asking, where are the photos of my favorite MC, who went on at the end of the evening? Well, Caffeine was scheduled to go until at least 4 a.m., which means your friendly neighborhood Metromixers had to bail early in order to get your photos posted before, like, dinnertime. We apologize. Sorta. But this is the silly, non-dance-party-based world we live in. A damn shame, if you ask us. — Matt Farley, Metromix
