What? Where are we? Oh yeah, sorry. After this past weekend of July 19-20, the Mile High Music Festival at Dick’s Sporting Goods Park has us just a wee discombobulated. Our ears are ringing in the best possible way as the biggest musical conglomeration to hit the D-Town in history has us, along with the rest if the state reeling. The top talent in the industry turned out and Metromix was there to catch it all from start to finish. If you missed it, well sorry, but you can get close by checking out the photo links below. There's always next year...

Behind the scenes at Dick's
Taking a soccer complex and turning it into five stages for 45 different bands over a two-day music extravaganza is no small task. Not to mention the bathrooms. Dick’s Sporting Goods Park proved it is worthy of being in the same classification, if not upstaging its local venue brethren of the Pepsi Center and Invesco, even if it is located in Commerce City. The stadium itself wasn’t even a focal point, as it was the exterior fields that turned into the audible playground for the festival that will inevitably become a Colorado staple.
