The Souls of Mischief get down at the Fox

Part of the Oakland hip-hop collective Heiroglyphics, Souls of Mischief is composed of emcees A-Plus, Opio, Phesto and Tajai. Originally formed in 1993, the group produces intelligent hip-hop with a focus on enlightened lyrics set to subtle beats and scratches atypical of the so called West Coast Sound. But on this night, the only sound heard was coming from Boulder out of the Fox Theater and our Street Team was ther to take it all in.
