The Dead is Alive

The Dead (The Grateful Dead minus Jerry Garcia) are back on the road again and stopped by The Pepsi Center on Thursday night.
Just like back in the day, Deadheads and all the like came from everywhere to get crazy like it was 1974. Sure, the concert was great, but remember that’s only half the fun. No Dead show would be complete without a parking lot party, and this show didn’t slack.
Grilled cheese sandwiches fed a boisterous and thirsty tailgating crowd right outside the doors.
Sure, it will never be the same without the Deadhead of all deadheads, Jerry Garcia. He may not have been there in person, but he was there in spirit, it sure as heck showed in the way the GD’s partied.
