Thumbs up for being so cool
Jason Vigil is a name you’ve likely heard in and around the Mile High City. Jason took the Denver music scene by storm when he released his first album, "Heart Gone Sober," in 2006. Since then, his mix of rock, pop and alternative, has kept this kindred spirit burning up the stage. Jason’s not alone in his quest though…Eric Garcia (Drums/Percussion) Justin Miller (Keyboards) Alex Browers (Bass), and Paul Walker (Lead Guitar) round out the band.
We knew our interview with Jason would be somewhat humorous when we caught up with him in a dark parking lot. No, we’re not talking “Sopranos-style” here. The restaurant we were supposed to meet up at had been closed. Being the chill guy he is, Jason simply shrugged his shoulders, laughed, and up the road we went ending up at Citron Bistro for a friendly chat over orange mojitos.–Special to Metromix, Laura Kelley
