Jessica Simpson and Rascal Flatts rock out the Pepsi Center

Who knew John Elway was a fan of Jessica Simpson? The former Denver Broncos quarterback was spotted at her show on Saturday at the Pepsi Center where she opened for Rascal Flatts.

Simpson, who has been splattered all over entertainment magazines in recent weeks for photos of her in a supposed "weight battle," has been romantically linked to Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo. Simpson is currently on tour, opening for country superstars, Rascal Flatts.

On Feb. 28, the tour rolled through the Pepsi Center and Metromix was there to listen to the music, snap a couple photos of Elway enjoying the show, and finally see for themselves if Simpson is in a current weight battle...

Fine, who are we kidding? People were there for Rascal Flatts anyway.
