Was it the Daryl Hall cameo? The unconvincing collabs with The-Dream and Busta Rhymes? The incredibly un-gangsta title? Whatever the reason, these “Cupid’s Chokehold” emo-rappers stumbled commercially with this follow-up to their 2006 gold-certified breakthrough, “As Cruel as School Children.” After 14 weeks, “The Quilt” only managed to move a threadbare 80,000 units.
