Korn
The biggest hard rock music festival in the country takes place in Columbus, Ohio, and a little rain Saturday wasn't going to stop thousands of music lovers from across the Midwest from taking in some of the biggest, loudest bands out there.
Rock on the Range 2009 kicked off May 16 at Columbus' Crew Stadium with a headlining performance by the masked men of metal, Slipknot. But groups like Korn, Chevelle, Static-X and Atreyu made sure the whole day of music was worth the price of admission. Day two featured bands like Blue October, Saving Abel, Shinedown, Buckcherry and Mötley Crüe (who wouldn't permit our photographer to shoot up close—boo to you, Crüe!).
