This is a close one; both bands are pretty heavily inked up, and Green Day score major points thanks to two of drummer Tre Cool’s tattoos being designed by the infamous graffiti artist Banksy. But any band that can count Travis Barker as one of its members wins a tattoo contest, hands down. That dude sports more ink than the Sunday “New York Times.”
