It was
announced today May 8 that the music queen will be visiting Denver for the first time, ever. As her new album
“Hard Candy” debuted at No. 1 around the globe, new dates to her “Sticky Sweet”
tour were added and she will be making her pit stop in D-Down Nov. 11 at the Pepsi Center.
Tickets go on sale May 31 and might rival the internet ticket frenzy when the Rockies went to the World Series.
Her latest
release has been dubbed by some critics as her greatest album ever, and the
current hit single “4 Minutes” co-written and co-produced by Timbaland and
Justin Timberlake is a prime example. The album is the already the No. 1 most
downloaded digital album in the U.S.
The tour
begins on August 23rd in Cardiff, Wales and the original material girl will be
hopping around the globe before landing back in North
America in October. While it is the first for Madonna in Denver, the tour will also
include several cities where she hasn’t performed in the past fifteen years.
Get your
computers ready, there is four ticket max and things will inevitably sell out
quick. Prices range from $55-$350. For complete tour and ticket information, visit
