Reuniting with childhood friends can be heartwarmingly nostalgic, but maybe not as Josh (Chris Gethard) learns when he is fired from his banking job and has to move back to his parents' couch. The sitcom baby of Will Ferrell and Adam McKay ("The Other Guys," Talladega Nights" and "Anchorman") is Comedy Central's new show—"Big Lake." It's making a mark on television with an experienced comedy team of Horatio Sanz ("SNL"/look at how much weight he's lost) and Chris Parnell ("SNL"/we're glad he's stopped playing the doctor on "30 Rock"). You won't be warmly welcomed, but we guess you can always go back home.
"Big Lake" premieres Tuesday, August 17, at 10 p.m. on Comedy Central.
