Everybody is kung fu fighting in this fast-as-lighting game
With the departure of developer Tomonobu Itagaki, it looks like the “Ninja Gaiden” series may be at an end, and with it, the adventures of the modern-day ninja Ryu Hayabusa. But gamers who like to mix ancient attacks and current settings might find a new hero in Ken Ogawa, the main character of “Ninja Blade,” a hack-and-slash action game made by FromSoftware (“Tenchu,” “Armored Core”) that Microsoft will be bringing to the Xbox 360 this spring.
In it, Ogawa has to defend present day Tokyo from an infestation that turns innocent people into monsters. Which, as you can see from the following gallery, looks like it’s going to be quite the adventure... —Paul Semel, Special To Metromix
