pretty cool a vampire flick is getting this much attention. I've had friends tell me the very popular series of books are ready written for the chick flick genre. Not that that's bad, it's just not my cup of tea. I didn't care for the last Undersowrld movie either. 'Twilight' seems to be a 'watered down' vampire story with the usual vampire cliche's and debinked vampire cliche's from the reviews and thumbing through the book while waiting on my car to be serviced. I'd like to see it. to determine if my prejudices are correct.

As a huge fan of the book, I knew the movie wasn't going to be nearly as good...so I guess I can't say I was disappointed. But over all, it was just okay. The acting was a bit cheesy in some scenes (but that's only natural with amateur actors). But hey, at least we still have the books! :)
