'The Last House on the Left' review

Good review. However, I would have had the kidnappers be more brutal to Mari (Sara Paxton). Also, I would have had the audience think she was dead, and have her drifting in the rain pelted lake, until her head touches a nearby buoy and she is jolted awake and gasps for breath. Sara Paxton is expanding her acting horizons slowly and deliberately. Up until now, she has played mostly children's movie roles. In this film, she demonstrates she wants to reach further, but not push the transition too fast. I like that and applaud her decision and how she has chosen to handle it.
