•Here's an early harbinger of spring: ABC's Winter Wipeout (tonight, 8 ET/PT) ends its season with an abominable-snowman-themed outing that finds the contestants being accosted by a family of Yetis. When they're not being otherwise bounced and bludgeoned, that is.

•Fernando and Hector ruin Rob's romantic plans on Rob (CBS, 8:30 ET/PT), a throwback sitcom that's doing surprisingly well in the ratings.

For those wondering whether that means it has improved since its awful pilot, the answer so far is "no," but there's always a chance tonight's outing will start the turnaround.

•One of Bones' most appealing stars, TJ Thyne, crosses over to The Finder (Fox, 9 ET/PT), as Dr. Hodgins seeks proof of extraterrestrial visitors.

While that may bring more Bones fans to the party, it may also remind them that Bones has a much stronger set of supporting characters.

The Mentalist (CBS, 10 ET/PT) is big on returning guest nemeses this month. Last week it was Morena Baccarin. Tonight it's Malcolm McDowell as creepy cult leader Bret Stiles for an episode involving the murder of an anti-cult activist.
