Hey, whaddaya know? Boll pulls a two-fer with a horribly made action flick that—by ignorance rather than intent—spits in the face of the most basic moviemaking principles. Wouldn't be a huge deal if it were at least accidentally funny, but not even King Burt Reynolds can pull this out of dullsville.
