Molly Strasburger

Molly was born and raised in Denver; she never plans on leaving this great state, either. She has contributed to Metromix Denver since April of 2008, including an internship from January through May of 2009. She also interned once before at 9News in the Community Relations department and has volunteered several times for the station’s 9Who Care events. Writing, photography and being in good company are just three of her favorite things about being a part of Metromix.

 Aside from freelancing for the fabulous Web site, Molly enjoys getting outdoors and spending time with her adorable dog, Eddie, and her enormous, loving family. She loves to hike and explore Colorado. Her passion for movies was originally what drew her to Metromix. As a recent communication graduate of the University of Colorado, Denver with a minor in film studies, Molly stays very current with the Denver film scene. Her favorite films include "Wayne’s World," "It Happened One Night," "Anchorman" and the more recent "500 Days of Summer." Molly’s latest projects are taking on a full-time position with Affinity Video in Denver and finally finishing her own screenplay!
