Costume-clad pooches fill Cherry Creek Mall
In celebration of the holidays, Cherry Creek Mall opened its doors and Santa's lap to more than just your average customer this past Sunday. At the annual event, hundreds of people lined up for hours with their dogs to get a picture with Santa, many with their animal dressed up for the costume contest judged by none other than 9News's own Kirk Montgomery. The winner and her owners, which consisted of a Shiba Inu dressed up as a present, took home a $100 gift certificate; while second place, a pair of pugs disguised as swine flu vaccinations, took home a collectors train set.
