LoDo Bites 2009 gives some flavor to Colorado

Denver gets a taste of the good stuff downtown

Let's be honest, picking one restaurant out of the myriad of fantastic eats downtown is no easy task. Especially when you want to do something a little more upscale where you haven't been yet. Enter the LoDo Bites Event 2009: A genius concept that allowed those urban foodies to drop in to over 20 restaurants downtown and have a little taste of what each eatery has to offer. And these places are the best of the best: Morton's Steak House, Vesta Dipping Grill, Bistro Vendome and plenty more. Denver residents took a stroll in the pleasant summer evening to each of the participating restaurants and enjoyed discounted or free drinks, and a little bite of goodness.  There were plenty of smiling faces and happy taste buds.
