Tasty Colfax
Most Denver natives can remember Colfax Avenue being nothing more than liquor stores, motels rented by the hour and a few dodgy gas stations. Not anymore. “Tasty Colfax: Eats on the Beat” celebrated more than a dozen hot spots between St. Paul Street and the Bluebird Theater. For $20 each, participants wandered through a restaurant and bar crawl with spreads of food samplings, live music and drink specials. Tasty Colfax created an environment of excitement, encouraging visitors to try something new too.
