Film makers from across the globe get their party on in Denver
The Festivus Film Festival hit Denver once again over the past few days, and if there is any evidence that this is not your typical stuffy film festival that gathers a bunch of awkward artsy types, the proof was in the awards party at The Blake St. Tavern on Saturday night.
Filmmakers from all over the world, as well as those who were able to catch a flick or two during the festival, made their way to LoDo to have some drinks, see who grabbed top honors for the film festival and dance party the night away.
Faux-German rockers Total Ghost were the live entertainment of the evening and created an explosive dance party well suited for the bar's lit up dancefloor. It was one of the first live performances for the hilariously dressed electro-dance outfit, who has been making waves on the iTunes charts as well as getting plenty of airtime on Radio Berlin.
The evening was testament to another successful year for Festivus and was an epic party to finish off the festival.
