Dressed to impress at Do at the Zoo
The Denver Zoo's annual Do at the Zoo fundraiser is not only a great way to sample some of the best restaurants in Denver and have a couple of home-grown cocktails, but also a great opportunity to prowl the evening in your finest animal print. Metromix was on hand at the event on Thursday to capture all of the leopard-spotted shenanigans, and to help the zoo pick the sharpest-looking creatures in the crowd. Winners will be announced shortly, so keep your pith helmets on.
This annual fundraiser started in 2006 and has brought in more than $8 million in proceeds, funding zoo projects including Tropical Discovery, Predator Ridge, Primate Panorama, Conservation Carousel and Asian Tropics. — Carly Rose Moser, special to Metromix
