Key to the Cure unlocks funds for Denver Health Foundation
If you think Saks Fifth Avenue is only good for getting you high end fashion and beauty products—think again.
Since 1999, Saks Fifth Avenue has been partnered with the Entertainment Industry Foundation with the nationwide breast cancer fundraiser Key to the Cure. For the Denver market, the Denver Health Foundation is the main recipient and partner for the fourth year running.
This past Thursday, Saks Fifth Avenue in Cherry Creek held a celebrity mother/daughter fashion show to help raise money for the foundation. Socialites from across the state came out to check out the latest in fashion trends and to cheer on the mother-daughter duos as they braced the catwalk.
Celebrity families included the Billups family—Chauncey was there to root on his wife and three daughters, while the Coors crew was there to strut their stuff. Here are all the families who participated in this year’s Key to the Cure:
• Piper, Cydney, Ciara and Cenaiya Billups
• Aimee and Caroline Caplis
• Marilyn, Christi and Ashley Coors
• Mary Louise Lee-Hancock and Janae Hancock
• Debra Pain, Lisa Kelin and Katelyn Kelin
• Melly and Kerry Kinnard
• Bertha Lynn and Maria Naves
• Michelle Sie Whitten and Sophia Whitten
Take a look at the remarkable fashions and the inspirational evening now.
