"It is like Mardi Gras," said a passerby on Market Street in the late hours of Oct. 31. It was the perfect storm of debauchery: Halloween landed on a Friday; the weather was oddly perfect for late autumn; and the bars around town put on one of the largest conglomerations of fun this city has ever seen. We were all over town during the weekend, and while an extremely difficult decision, these are the best parties, ones that will be remebered for a long time to come.
