We don't like to brag or anything, but Metromix is known for throwing some killer parties in the past. On Halloween, we won't disappoint. We're throwing the largest Halloween party in the city. With over 15,000 square feet and four themed rooms, this party will be like one you only see in Vegas. With magicians, stilt walkers, fire performers, jugglers, DJs and live bands, you know you're in for the best Halloween yet. Stay tuned, just when you think it couldn't get any better, it does. We're also throwing a Halloween Costume Fashion Show and costume contest!

Gregg Gillis is back. Name doesn't ring a bell? He is the man behind the huge pop-electronica sensation "Girl Talk" as he takes the world for a whirl. Tonight he is bringing you a mish-mash of great hits for Halloween. He is joined with The Death Set and CX Kidtronik. We're excited for the night, we're not going to lie. You have to check out his new album, "Feed the Animals" to truly get a taste for what Girl Talk is all about. Happy Halloween!

Sure you were going to dress up anyway for Halloween, but with a costume contest, there is extra oomph to go all out. The winner of the contest gets $1,000. The duo is back with a killer new album, "History of Violence" and they're ready to celebrate the spooky holiday with you this evening. For $20, you can come and rap-out, wear a costume and imbibe in some cocktails. Sounds perfect to us.

CU students always flock to Conor O'Neills for any holiday, not just St. Paddy's Day. Halloween is a day where each college student gets to dress however they want while indulging in large amounts of adult beverages. Fine, that seems to be everyday life for college students. But for Conor O'Neills Halloween party, they'll have a reason to go out and have a ball. The Boulder Americana band, Mumbouli, will be playing live for the annual Halloween bash.

Denver poptastic act 6 Months to Live headline...in 3-D! The popular problem soothing band is joined by Birdy and the Magic Mice for this All Hallows Eve event.

Come party it up at the Hi-Dive this Halloween. The sensational Indie rockers, Monofog are headlining with Bad Luck City, Hearts of Palm and the Natural Selection joining them for the evening. The Hi-Dive is always a blast on any night, just imagine it on a fun holiday like Halloween. We're sure people are going to whip out some hilarious costumes.

Come strut your hottest, most creative costume tonight at Herman's Hideaway. Prizes will be given away for some of the best! As if dressing up and drinking at Herman's isn't fun enough, they have the amazing Railbender's headlining the party for the evening. They are also joined with The American Idiot's. Now this is a killer Halloween party if you ask us.

Denver's Fear Before celebrates the release of their latest self-titled album Halloween at the Marquis Theater. Formerly Fear Before the March of Flames, a rabid fanbase has kept this experimental rock group at the top of the mp3.com charts. The event, hosted by the always eccentric and entertaining Maris the Great, also features other local acts Animo, High Five, Set Fire to Athens and In Seperate Cities.

Halloween is huge at the Larimer Lounge and to prove it they're putting on a showcase featuring some of Denver's best musical acts. The Widowers headline with their melodious and psychedelic-tinged rock and are proceeded by Black Lamb, Hello Kavita, Wetlands and Tangible Stereo. Get there early to catch all the action.

It's closing night for 20 featured artists and Denver's most intimate venue dims the lights for local indie rockers Laylights during their Halloween throw down. Sponsored by the Scattered Arts Collective, the night also features local acts Popwreck, Pilot Light, L'elan Vital and The Get Down.

Dressed in costume, The Rick Garcia Band will bring their original mix of Tejano, New Mexico, country, rock and oldies tunes to Rick's Tavern for a Halloween spectacular. The evening also includes an eyeball counting competition, costume contest and many creepy prize giveaways.

Chicago country/Americana rockers Hello Dave swing through Littleton for a very special Halloween appearance. Classic and southern rock along with hints of pop and rhythm and blues find their way into this band's unique sound. You'll laugh, you'll cry, you might even walk out with a new favorite country act. Hello Dave will be sharing the bill with Denver acts The Trampolines and The Flesh Mob who will be celebrating the band's one year anniversary. Don't forget to bring a costume as the competition is heated.

Ziggies celebrates Halloween in the only way they know how...with live music and lots of drink specials. BiggaDigga plays jazz-infused funk and groove while Du4 kicks out some psychedelic rock and funk. Dress in your best costume as there will be a walk-off and competition along with prizes and giveaways.

Lannie's Clocktower Cabaret is transformed into a ghoulish party as the Informants play a steady stream of rock, funk, rockabilly, blues and soul. Best break out the fancy costume store rentals as this masquerade is sure to out do most in Denver. Space is limited and proceeds go to benefit CultureHaus of the Denver Art Museum.

Trick or Vote Denver 2008 is a nationwide "get-out-the-vote costume canvass" event at the Gothic Theatre and The Falcon. New Era Colorado with 3OH!3, Meniskus, and SoundRabbit will be providing the entertainment for the evening. Not only is this going to be a fun Halloween event, it is for a good cause.

Get into the spirit of Halloween with a little Cabaret teasing with Vermillion Lies. Located at Daniels Hall at Swallow Hill Music, tonight is the night to watch an entertaining Cabaret show. Instead of doing the usual Halloween festivities this year, come watch the Swalloween show this evening.

There's a $1,000 prize for best costume so your sheet with eye holes probably is not going to cut it. The evening features Ascension, Devious D, Shea Delany with J Burkhart and Spank E on the turntables.

With drink specials, hot college students in costumes and a special DJ coming in to drop it like it's hot, we'd say The Foundry's Halloween party is gonna be rowdy. Get there early, from what we have learned in the past, The Foundry gets absolutely packed on Halloween....so if you wanna get in without waiting in the cold, be an early drinking bird.

Forget the tick or treating and come down to the 404 Club for some adult humor Denver comedians deliver you a show full of laughs and screams. Dick Black will be the host on this laughtacular evening.
