Any course over 30.00 is too much for the average consumer... The worst is Common Grounds, owned by the Colorado Golf Association. It is expensive to play and a nightmare to play.. not fun..it must be hell to maintain those greens that are the size of Alaska !!! crazy golf course !!

I agree with the courses listed, but there are many more <$50 courses in the Denver area to play. What about Indian Tree? Mariana Buttes? Hyland Hills? Legacy Ridge?

How about a Pete Dye layout, with bent grass fairways, some of the best conditions in Colorado, owned by Adams County, rated by the Zagat Survey as The Best Value in America? For less than fifty. See www.riverdalegolf.com. Play the Dunes.

I play at the Meadows off of Simms. Tough but fun course. Cost is $43 for a non-resident.

I agree with Von on Wellshire. I play at the Meadows off of Simms. Tough but fun track. if you're good enough (sub 10 handicap) the gold tees make things very challenging. Cost is $43 for non-Foothills Dist. residents.
