We always laugh when people refer to Colorado as being "landlocked." It's not landlocked dammit! What about the Colorado River? Does that not count?? Or how about the Cherry Creek Reservoir and all the trillion lakes we have? Are we still landlocked then? Why do we have to be by a flippin ocean to not be considered as 'landlocked'? It's like saying Alaska is next to Hawaii since that's where they put it on all of the maps. Clearly, people don't know what they're talking about. It's rare to come across a Coloradan who has never water skiied, jet skiied or tubed down a creek before. We are water babies.

Mile High Wakeboarding is one sick company, dudes. They do wakeboarding classes on their own private lake to always ensure the water is calm and flat. They have boat rentals, private lessons, group lessons, drivers, summer camps, houseboat trips, hot instructors....they have it all. They even do spring break and graduation trips! This is a company that takes their wakeboarding very serious, but they also know how to party and have a good time.

"Metromix.com TV" host Heidi McGuire heads to Longmont to get in on some action at Mile High Wakeboarding!
