1.5 miles north of I-70 at the intersection of 60th and Quebec, Commerce City isn't the first place you would think to have a new sporting complex. But Dick has done it again. Home to the Colorado Rapids, Colorado's professional soccer team, the copmlex also houses sevreal big name concerts and headlining acts. And what most naysayers complained about most, the location, ended up being its biggest asset. With all of the other major attractions located downtown, traffic can be more trouble than an event is worth, but at Dick's the ease to get in and out makes any outing simple and quick when it comes to transportation. There are also 24 outdoor fields (22 natural grass fields and 2 synthetic turf) for local teams to use for tournaments and rentals.
