He was probably referring to “The Hill,” (insert canned scream of terror here), part two of the workout, but at least this time you get a partner.
“The Hill” is located to the right of the amphitheatre; a steep, twisting incline that wraps around the outside. Here, Joe utilizes resistance bands, lunges, and frog hops to really make those legs burn. And, take it from us, it works; three days later our jelly legs are proof of that.
