Even Spiderman struggles with the Red Rocks Fitness Challenge

Then it’s on to stretching, a crawl up the five flights of stairs, pushups (regular, one-handed, spiderman, with some of Joe’s special moves thrown in.) That’s followed by cardio moves that include sprints, hops and squats. Then, its back down five flights of stairs (crawling of course), and that’s just the first hour and a half…then things really get tough.
