Every Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday, this is where you’ll find Joe Hendricks. A fitness enthusiast and overall energetic guy, Hendricks started coming to Red Rocks about eight years ago for his intense (and we mean intense) workouts.

It burns. It hurts. It rocks. Are you in?
