Smile for Metromix!
The 9NEWS Parade of Lights has become one of Denver’s holiday staples. With floats that need to run off powerful generators to light all the lights, to marching bands with garland wrapped around their instruments, the 9NEWS Parade of Lights even turns the Scrooge's of Denver into holiday activists. People of all ages come out to enjoy the bright parade each year. Some were seen carrying hot cocoa with peppermint Schnapps...others with just virgin hot cocoa. Either way, the parade puts smiles on everyone's faces, with or without peppermint Schnapps. Metromix was there to snap photos of the festive occasion last year, so take a look and see what you're in for Dec. 4 at 8 p.m. and Dec. 5 at 6 p.m. Happy holidays!
