What started as a block party turned into complete carnage—emphasis on the car. Carnage on Larimer flexed its muscles Sept. 13 with hot rods and rat rods, old school classics and even a low rider or two. But the real eyecandy was elsewhere. Chiks on the Hill made waves with the Pinup showdown and these chicas were worthy of being pinned up anywhere. The fun took up 30th through 32nd on Larimer street, and thanks to Larimer Liquors the two block walk was well lubricated.
