If someone did two to three classes a week, they would be beach body ready?
Fornberg: Uh huh, I would say so. Two to three classes a week should do it. I would say on average that is probably where my students sit, is between three and five classes a week, depending on how hard they are trying to reach their goals.
Do people do back-to-back classes?
Fornberg: [Laughs] Yeah, a lot of students do. Some will do three to four classes a night. I think that it is so fun that you don’t realize you’re working out when you’re doing it and the next day you wake up and you can’t stand out of bed.
You do get sore in places you don’t think about?
Fornberg: You totally do. There are muscles you never realized you had. It is a really good core workout, a lot of upper body and booty workouts too.
More abs, butt and upper strength?
Fornberg: Upper strength definitely with the pole.
