Explain what people should bring and wear to certain classes.
Fornberg: Normal fitness clothes. Whatever you’re comfortable wearing. Of course you can sex it up if you want to and add cute little corsets in there and fishnets if you want. But you can go in your old whole sweatpants if you want.
And sneakers?
Fornberg: Yup, yup. Most of the classes do tend to go barefoot from the beginning. They do use yoga mats so if you can, bring your own yoga mat. But, we do have yoga mats here. Definitely bring a pair of heels for most of the classes too. Women just tend to have a lot more fun when they put their heels on.
They feel sexier?
Fornberg: [Laughs] They do feel sexier. It gives you a little height and tones your calves at the same time, so it’s an added benefit.
Ooh, so it is definitely a toner?
Fornberg: Absolutely. Total toner.
