Teams can consist of four people: one driver and three “mechanics.” Or as we like to call them, drinking buddies. It is this pit crew who will help give the driver the push needed to go ass-over-tea kettle around the first turn, or, win the competition and send the whole crew to an all inclusive NASCAR getaway that comes with first place.
