The Acatia Apartments

The Acatia Apartments link to the state house through Denver's underground tunnels and often politicians would have their lovers live there. When a senator told his mistress that he wouldn't leave his wife for her, she slit her writs in the bathtub. That tub has a permanent ring around it that cannot be shed off, fills to the stain level on it's own and the lights flicker whenever the bathtub is filled.
