The Grant Humphreys Mansion was the home of two wealthy Denverites, Gov, James Grant and oil tycoon Albert Humphreys. An old gentleman haunts the location, though it's hard to know whether it is James Grant the man who built and loved the building, or Albert Humphreys who was mysteriously shot there.
