While line dancing might not be the most intimate dance (at no point do dancers actually make contact with one another) it could be one of the most fun and also one of the most appropriate for the Colorado bar scene. And, since the Grizzly Rose is recognized as one of the nation's best country western bars it's a safe bet that the instructors are seasoned pros.
