Home to Denver's oldest house, a Denver Landmark as well as full of seasonal events, Four Mile House is also listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Once serving as a stage stop, wayside inn, and tavern for travelers on the Cherokee Trail on their way to Denver City, it is now a place for community events complete with guided museum and grounds tours, summer day camp, children's birthday parties, and site rentals for special occasions.
