Since 1991 the Longmont Performing Arts Center has acted as the permanent home of the Longmont Theatre Company. The troupe traces their roots back to 1957 and usually put on five shows per season. Ranging from musicals to comedies to dramas, the shows can be edgy and cerebral or family-friendly and uproarious. In the summer, children can attend drama camp and put their thespian skills to use during the annual youth holiday show. The cozy confines of the PAC guarantee a theater experience not soon forgotten.
