Snapshot: The Kitchen
The Kitchen is doing it's best to bring eco friendly food to the mainstream masses. The restaurant opened in 2004 as an organic restaurant that tries to serve only locally grown produce and meats. This means the kitchen must adapt and change its menu to work with foods that are available throughout the year; although you won't be able to have the same meal every visit, their new creations won't disappoint. The space is a bistro in European style, naturally lit with simple décor, and the dining room is not too big and promotes a communal atmosphere. For all this, The Kitchen is generally affordable.
