2011 Colorado Firefighter Calendar debuts in Denver!

No shirts, oiled bodies and loads of spray tan for Fired Up For Kids

Ah, yes. Some parties are a total drag to go to, but that was definitely not the case Friday night for the 2011 Colorado Firefighter Calendar debut party. The event was held at City Hall Events Center on Broadway and women from all over the state came out to get their calendars autographed by the sexy monthly firefighters and to meet them personally…and for most of them—to rub their oiled bodies while posing for pictures with them.

But, with all the hotness going on, we can’t forget why we were all there. Okay, besides being around Colorado’s most-chiseled firefighters. The evening was for one of our favorite non-profits, Fired Up For Kids. Proceeds from the event and for annual calendar benefits the Burn Unit at the Children’s Hospital. So not only did women (and maybe like five dudes) enjoy an evening of hot firefighters, the evening was all for a good cause.

Erica Cobb from the Alice 105.9 Morning Show was the sassy emcee for the evening (rough job, Erica) and she introduced the firefighters month-by-month so they can each strut the catwalk topless and answer some questions we were all dying to know. And thankfully, most of the firefighters were single and a couple melted our hearts by dedicating their success to their wives (which got a couple awww’s and booo’s from the crowd).
