We can't say the 61st Primetime Emmy Awards show was full of surprises. "Mad Men," "30 Rock" and HBO's "Grey Gardens" pretty much rocked the show. But there were a couple of surprises thrown in for good measure (like Toni Collette's win over always-favored Tina Fey). And Neil Patrick Harris didn't do half bad as host, especially when he showed up as Dr. Horrible of "Dr. Horrible's Singalong Blog," and taunted TV viewers as "sofa monkeys."
